QuickTime Installation
- Download QuickTime Player
- Choose ‘Open’ or ‘Save’ in the dialogue box that appears
- If you choose the ‘Save’ option you will need to locate the file you downloaded and double click on it
- Follow the on-screen installation instructions to install the QuickTime Player
Windows Media Player Plugin
- If Mozilla Firefox is installed, the plugin will be installed to your Mozilla Firefox plugins folder.
- If Mozilla Firefox is not installed, it will be placed in a \PFiles\Plugins folder.
- If you wish to use the Windows Media Player plugin with a browser other than Mozilla Firefox, copy np-mswmp.dll to your browser plugins folder.

Codec Installation
- Download the video codec
- Choose ‘Open’ or ‘Save’ in the dialogue box that appears
- Double click on it and follow the on-screen installation instructions to install the codec
